I bring 25 years of photography experience, including 14 years as a professional, with a strong focus on commercial and studio environments. I’ve led photography teams both in the U.S. and remotely in Vietnam, supporting their creative development and technical growth.

Before spending a year directing lighting for Wayfair’s team of approximately 70 3D artists, I led lighting operations in their high-volume lifestyle studio. There, I worked closely with junior photographers—teaching lighting techniques, enforcing brand standards, and helping them build valuable career skills.

Over the past five years, I’ve also developed a strong interest in content creation for social media. This effort has allowed me to blend my passion for photography with education—sharing insights, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes knowledge to a growing creative community.

In leadership roles, I’ve consistently made mentorship a priority. From running weekly image critiques to traveling to Vietnam for in-person training and team-building, I’ve always been committed to creating space for learning and collaboration.

I have a deep passion for light and imagery, and I’m driven by continuous learning and sharing. Whether through team leadership, creative production, or educational content, I’m always eager to contribute, grow, and inspire others in the photography space.
